Job summary

ACT ENTERTAINMENT in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Full Time Technical Services team member to assist with equipment diagnostics, service, and repairs for ACT product lines. You will quality-check new and demo gear for the sales team and maintain a clean, safe work environment while supporting the service team.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, plus 3 months of live event production experience or training, and is comfortable working nights or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 3 months related live event production experience and/or training.
  • Problem solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a team.
  • Strong communication with customers and colleagues.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and/or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with equipment diagnostics, service, and repairs.
  • Quality control for new and demo equipment needed for the sales team.
  • Quality control for equipment that has been repaired or serviced.
  • Ensure a clean, organized and safe work environment.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
