Job summary

Christie Lites is seeking a Production Technician to support rental inventory and daily shop operations. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience with lighting and production equipment while learning core prep and logistics tasks.

You will pull and fill orders, label gear with show details, contribute to ORPL prep, and assist across departments, with opportunities to join the Joint Health and Safety Committee.

Qualifications

• Entry-level opportunity in live entertainment production.
• Willingness to learn and grow within production roles.
• A background in theater/AV/production is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pull and fill daily orders; ensure equipment is prepared for rental.
• Label cases with show information and order details.
• Check-in rental equipment in Nexus; deliver to staging areas on time.
• Maintain inventory and follow ORPL prep procedures; report inaccuracies.
• Keep work area organized and sanitize workstations daily.
• Assist other departments as directed; participate in safety committee.
