Job summary

AECOM is seeking an Entry-Level Environmental Scientist for immediate employment in the Fort Bragg, NC office (onsite at the Directorate of Public Works). The program includes graduate development, mentoring, webinars, and on-line courses to build a foundation for a successful career at AECOM.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant science field.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR checks.
• Ability to pass a background check and be eligible for DoD CAC.

Responsibilities

• Apply basic scientific principles to develop solutions for technical problems.
• Collect and enter data, and apply technical principles.
• Interpret data and ensure compliance with local/state/federal regulations.
• Conduct site visits and field observations.
• Work under supervision of a project manager or senior team member.
• Perform field work including uneven terrain and lifting up to 50 pounds.
