Qualificações

• Two years of college education from an accredited degree program in Engineering, Construction, or relevant education.
• Building construction, engineering, or equivalent experience, preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team.
• Initiative and desire to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in obtaining and reviewing information for shop drawings, product data, and samples.
• Assist in managing RFIs and communication across project teams.
• Assist in preparing estimates for changes in work including review of Change Order requests.
• Study contract drawings, specs, and shop drawings for coordination and installation.
• Maintain and update contract documents, electronic documents, and project logs.
• Distribute information required for construction to appropriate parties.
• Assist Engineering to ensure materials are released for fabrication on schedule.
• Assist in preparation of final project records and close-out documentation.
• Other activities and duties as assigned.
