MPower Direct is expanding our Harrisburg team with a face‑to‑face sales role. You’ll talk with homeowners, explain our energy program, and guide enrollment in your assigned Harrisburg neighborhoods.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training, hands‑on coaching, and ongoing support to help you succeed. Weekly pay, uncapped commissions, and performance bonuses await top performers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in assigned Harrisburg-area neighborhoods
• Build rapport and have professional, face-to-face conversations
• Introduce homeowners to our energy supplier's program
• Explain the program and answer customer questions
• Help interested customers complete the enrollment process
• Participate in daily training and coaching
• Work toward individual and team goals
