Job summary

MPower Direct is hiring Outside Sales Representatives in the Harrisburg market. We're looking for driven, people-first individuals to join our renewable energy team out in the community, meeting homeowners face-to-face, and helping them take control of their energy costs. This is a full-time field sales role.

You'll be working across York, Harrisburg, Mechanicsburg, Carlisle, Lebanon, and surrounding areas. No cold calling. No standing in a store.

Qualifications

• 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Sales or field experience is a plus—your drive matters more
• Bilingual English/Spanish or any language is a strong plus
• No degree required

Responsibilities

• canvass assigned residential areas across the greater Harrisburg region
• Start straightforward conversations about energy choice and savings
• Explain the value clearly so homeowners feel confident and informed
• Walk customers through a simple, accurate enrollment process
• Build your skills through daily hands-on experience and coaching
• Work toward team targets and your own personal income goals
