Job summary

MPower Direct in Pittsburgh is hiring sales representatives to join a motivated team. You will meet homeowners in the Greater Pittsburgh area to introduce renewable energy solutions and guide customers through a simple enrollment process while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

No prior sales experience is required; we provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and daily support to help you grow your skills.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Willing to learn and be trained; no prior sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with homeowners in the Greater Pittsburgh area to introduce renewable energy solutions.
• Build relationships through confident, informative conversations to help customers make educated energy decisions.
• Guide customers through a simple enrollment process while delivering outstanding customer experience.
• Develop communication, sales, and leadership skills through hands-on training and daily coaching.
• Set personal goals, track progress, and celebrate wins as you grow.
