Qualifications

• No degree or previous sales experience required.
• Willing to learn and grow in a face-to-face sales role.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in assigned Chicago-area neighborhoods.
• Build rapport and have professional, face-to-face conversations.
• Introduce homeowners to our energy supplier's program.
• Clearly explain the program and answer customer questions.
• Help interested customers complete the enrollment process.
• Participate in daily training and coaching; work toward individual and team goals.
