Job summary

MPower Direct is seeking energetic Energy Sales Representatives in the Pittsburgh area. You will meet homeowners, explain renewable energy options, and guide enrollment while building customer relationships and earning based on performance.

Training is provided, advancement opportunities exist, and a supportive team environment helps you grow your sales and leadership skills with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy meeting new people and building relationships.
• Available Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18+.

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with homeowners throughout the Greater Pittsburgh area to introduce renewable energy solutions.
• Build genuine relationships by having confident, informative conversations that help customers make educated energy decisions.
• Guide customers through a simple enrollment process while delivering outstanding customer experience.
• Develop valuable communication, sales, and leadership skills through hands-on training and daily coaching.
• Set personal goals, track your progress, and celebrate your wins as you continue to grow.
