Responsibilities

• Operates two-way base station, radio and pager systems to receive and transmit messages.
• Dispatches mobile units and coordinates with public safety and other agencies.
• Maintains radio log and records using computer systems.
• Assists with emergency procedures and coordinating with multiple city departments.
• Performs clerical duties related to procedures and documentation.
