Sentinel Offender Services, LLC in Washington, DC seeks an entry-level Equipment Technician to install, remove and troubleshoot electronic monitoring equipment. The role covers scheduling, inventory control and client coordination, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a pay rate of $25.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include equipment installation/removal, service support, accurate record-keeping, calibration, and liaison with program participants and agencies.

Mansioni

• Install and remove various electronic monitoring equipment as requested using directed safety precautions.
• Provide support for service and maintenance of equipment.
• Keep accurate records of service calls
• Inspect and maintain all monitoring and testing equipment, this includes cleaning equipment.
• Process alarms as required during shifts if applicable to program requirements.
• Assist with data entry of activity schedules as required.
• Telephone calls to participants when needed for equipment or collection purposes.
• Maintains calibration and repair records for all equipment serviced.
• Shipping and receiving functions for equipment and supplies per established procedures.
• Diagnosis and repair of EM equipment as outlined in company procedures.
• Serve as a liaison between Sentinel and/or other contracted agencies, as needed based on duty shifts
