Responsibilities

• Install and remove various electronic monitoring equipment using directed safety precautions.
• Provide support for service and maintenance of equipment.
• Keep accurate records of service calls.
• Inspect and maintain monitoring and testing equipment including cleaning.
• Process alarms during shifts as required.
• Assist with data entry of activity schedules.
• Telephone calls to participants for equipment or collection purposes.
• Maintain calibration and repair records for all equipment serviced.
• Handle shipping and receiving of equipment and supplies per procedures.
• Diagnose and repair EM equipment per company procedures.
• Serve as liaison between Sentinel and contracted agencies as needed.
