Job summary

Integra Mission Critical, LLC is seeking an entry-level Field Service Technician Electrical to support installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems at customer sites. You will work under experienced technicians emphasizing safety, accuracy and customer service.

Responsibilities include assisting senior technicians, testing and documenting work, and traveling to sites as needed. Strong safety awareness and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in Electrical Technology preferred.
• 2 years of experience in electrical installation, maintenance or field service.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, motors, controls, power distribution or automation.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics with guidance.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites.
• OSHA or other safety certifications a plus.
• Physical capability to work in industrial, manufacturing and outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians with installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems.
• Support testing, troubleshooting and basic repair of electrical and control systems under supervision.
• Help set up tools, materials, and work areas at job sites.
• Document work performed and assist in completing service reports and work orders.
• Maintain tools, equipment and service vehicles in proper working condition.
• Follow safety protocols and comply with electrical codes and company policies.
• Provide on-call or emergency support as directed.
• Travel to customer sites as needed and assist in various field environments.
