Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an entry-level Estimator I to assist in preparing bid documents and cost estimates for electrical construction projects. This position allows for career growth and offers a competitive compensation package, including full benefits and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Construction Management or related field, with 0-2 years of experience. Responsibilities include reviewing specifications and preparing estimates using established procedures.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in estimating commercial construction projects, preferably in electrical construction.
• Can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
• Self-motivated and can work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bid documents and cost estimates for electrical construction projects.
• Review proposal specifications and drawings to determine scope of work.
• Calculate the complete takeoff of the scope of work.
