Axon is seeking an entry-level Electrical Engineer to build hardware and grow into design ownership. You’ll hand‑on build, test, and document boards, cables, and PCB layouts while collaborating with a cross‑functional team to protect airspace and the public from new cUAS threats.

Expect a lab‑heavy role with hands‑on bench work, plus design responsibilities as you gain experience, and a base pay range of $75,000 to $120,000 USD with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field required.
• 0-3 years of professional experience; internships and capstone projects count.
• Hands-on proficiency with soldering, cable/harness assembly, and lab testing.

Responsibilities

• Build, assemble, and rework prototype and pilot electronic assemblies including PCBs and cable/wire harnesses.
• Lay out PCBs from schematics and generate fabrication/assembly packages.
• Perform hardware bring-up, functional test, and debugging of new boards and systems.
