Job summary

LBE, Inc. in Moncks Corner, SC is seeking an entry-level Electrical Engineer (EIT) for full-time work on federal, commercial, and industrial projects across the United States and abroad.

The role focuses on electrical design, detailing, and documentation, including low and medium voltage systems and data centers. You will contribute from concept through design, support construction administration, and travel up to 10% to site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from ABET-accredited university.
• EIT or active FE exam registration.
• Basic knowledge of the NEC (NFPA 70).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Eligibility for a U.S. Security clearance

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical design of projects from the conceptual phase through design completion.
• Apply strong knowledge of electrical engineering concepts, principles, practices, codes, and procedures.
• Establish and implement standards, processes, procedures, and workflows.
• Provide leadership and instruction to less experienced team members.
• Perform construction administration activities – RFIs, submittals reviews, etc.
• May travel (<10%) to customer sites for field inspections.
