Job summary

Syska Hennessy Group in Boston is seeking an entry level Electrical Engineering Graduate to join our Engineering Development Training (EDT) program. You will learn from senior engineers while contributing to CAD/BIM drafting, design support, and project coordination on diverse MEP projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering with expected graduation Winter 2026 / Spring-Summer 2027.
• Prior engineering internship is a plus.
• Knowledge of MEP AutoCAD; REVIT experience is a plus; FE/EIT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create basic designs under the direction of senior engineers/designers.
• Perform CAD/BIM drafting for various projects and sizes.
• Coordinate with other trades and support project documentation.
• Support design and engineering efforts for installations, retrofits, replacements, upgrades.
• Attend EDT program training and continuing education seminars.
