Job summary

IMEG Corporation is hiring an Electrical Engineering New Graduate in Buffalo, NY. This entry-level role offers hands-on design, analysis, and project execution experience with mentorship and growth opportunities from day one.

You will work with engineers to analyze and design electrical systems in buildings, supporting project execution while communicating with clients and teams. This is a full-time hybrid, 100% ESOP-owned position in Buffalo/NY state markets.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent required.
• Fresh graduates welcome; Summer 2027 cohort.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new design challenges.
• Familiarity with building electrical systems and codes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and analysis of electrical systems, using software to develop designs and calculations per code.
• Support analysis, design, and implementation oversight of electrical systems in buildings.
• Interact with clients to understand needs and communicate technical information.
• Build and maintain client relationships through professional communication.
• Work with project teams to support execution of consulting projects.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and documenting design decisions and client instructions.
• Analyze tasks and collaborate with senior engineers to develop practical solutions.
