IMEG Corporation is hiring an Electrical Engineering New Graduate in Rogers, AR to work with experienced engineers on design and analysis of electrical systems for buildings. The role offers mentorship, training, and growth opportunities from day one, with exposure to industrial, manufacturing, and MEP projects and a focus on high-performance, energy-efficient design.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, adhere to codes, and contribute to project planning and client communications

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Fundamental knowledge of electrical systems design for buildings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and analysis of electrical systems with engineering software and standards.
• Interact with clients to gather requirements and communicate technical information.
• Build and maintain client relationships through professional communication.
• Support consulting projects as part of a project team.
• Assist with project planning and scheduling to meet deadlines.
• Document design decisions and client instructions.
• Analyze low to medium complexity tasks with senior staff.
• Participate in IMEG quality control processes and standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in electrical engineering.
