IMEG is hiring an Electrical Engineering New Graduate in Jacksonville, FL to support the design, analysis, and implementation oversight of electrical systems in buildings. This entry-level role offers hands-on design, analysis, and project execution experience with mentorship and training.

You will assist with project planning, documentation, quality control, client communication, and multidisciplinary coordination while working within project budgets and helping meet goals and client

Qualifications

• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and concepts for technical plans and specifications.
• Strong analytical skills related to circuit theory, electromagnetism, power systems, and electronics.
• Familiar with engineering software including lighting and energy compliance tools; basic BIM knowledge.
• Excellent communication and teamwork; detail-oriented and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist design and analysis of electrical systems using engineering software to produce designs and calculations.
• Interact with clients to understand needs and maintain professional relationships.
• Support project planning and scheduling to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Document design decisions and monitor progress with senior staff.
• Contribute to quality control processes to meet IMEG standards and client requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in electrical engineering.
