Job summary

IMEG, an employee-owned firm, is hiring an Electrical Engineering New Graduate in St. Louis, MO. This entry-level role offers hands-on design, analysis, and project execution experience under mentorship.

You will collaborate with experienced engineers and consultants, supporting planning, documentation, and client communications while learning industry standards and BIM tools, with opportunities to advance toward licensure.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent required.
• Prior internship in building design consulting preferred.
• Engineering in Training (EIT) license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and analysis of electrical systems, creating detailed designs, specifications, and calculations.
• Interact with clients to understand needs and gather requirements while communicating technically.
• Work as part of a project team to support consulting projects and scheduling tasks.
• Assist with documenting design decisions and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to propose innovative solutions.
• Support IMEG quality control processes to meet standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends and BIM practices.
