Entrust Solutions Group is seeking a Design Engineer I to design overhead and underground electric distribution systems for new customers, support storm hardening, and contribute to solar and reconductoring projects. You will interact with clients, scope projects, and prepare cost estimates.

This primarily work-from-home role includes on-site reviews with construction crews across service territories, with opportunities for professional growth, hybrid work options, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering bachelor's degree required.
• 0–1 year of relevant consulting or engineering experience.
• Familiarity with CAD or GIS design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Scope, design and develop electrical service systems for new customers.
• Interacts with customers to scope projects and estimate costs.
• Delivers a design package that meets customer needs.
• Meet with customers and field crews on site to review design scope.
