Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage budget and accounting records for one or more areas (revenue, expenditures, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, general accounting).
• Gather, assemble, tabulate, check and file budget and financial data.
• Prepare input to computer systems and verify outputs from reports.
• May receive money and prepare deposits.
• Assist in preparation of budget reports or financial records.
• Provide information to staff and the public.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
