You’ll work with scientists, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver regulatory‑driven restoration work that supports ecological and economic goals.

You’ll gain hands‑on budgeting, scheduling, and field coordination experience while traveling 25–50% to project sites,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 2+ years of total experience in an applied science or construction field.
• Comfort with budgeting, scheduling, and financial terms relevant to the project.
• Experience with project scheduling and using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
• Ability to read and interpret construction project plans, maps, and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Support in-house construction project delivery from start to finish under guidance of Senior Project Managers.
• Assist with project budgeting, scheduling, material ordering and payment, and tracking milestones.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and external partners to maintain clear communication.
• Maintain project documentation, manage permits, and support compliance efforts.
• Evaluate and manage project risks, scope changes, and use project management software daily.
• Occasionally visit project sites to monitor progress and assist fieldwork.
