Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY customer, learn store systems, and build knowledge of basic automotive parts.

You will help source from stores, hubs, and suppliers, assist with battery tests, wiper installations, and inventory processes, and work a mix of days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales goals
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards
• Responsible for inventory processes including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, Back stock, etc.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
