Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business. This entry-level position combines strong customer service with basic automotive knowledge and familiarity with store systems to help meet sales and service targets.

You will assist DIY customers in-store and by phone, perform basic services such as battery installation and wiper changes, and maintain inventory accuracy. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and quality customer interactions across shifts.

Qualifications

2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
Ability to read safety rules and parts catalogs.
Willingness to work days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
