Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business in a fast-paced retail environment. This entry-level, potentially full- or part-time role requires basic automotive knowledge, strong customer engagement, and the ability to operate store systems, inventory processes, and POS software.

You will assist customers in DIY services (battery installations, wiper installs, testing), source parts, and help maintain store standards while working varied shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
