Advance Auto Parts Inc. is hiring a Salesperson to support the DIY customer and help meet sales goals. This entry-level role provides basic store systems knowledge, automotive part knowledge, and the ability to source parts from multiple channels.

The position can be part-time or full-time and requires friendly communication, reliable inventory handling, and basic battery/wiper service skills. You’ll work a variety of shifts to support customers in-store and by phone.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Basic math and ability to use store systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and over the phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach overall targets.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Assist with inventory processes including cycle counts and back stock.
