Imagine the Possibilities, Inc. is hiring Direct Support Professionals for a full-time role in a Home and Community-Based Services setting in Iowa. The position includes a sign-on bonus paid in three installments after 3, 6, and 9 months of employment, with base pay of $17/hour.

You’ll collaborate with a care team to support individuals served, document progress, and ensure safety and independence. Ideal candidates are mission-driven, adaptable, and able to communicate effectively.

Qualifikationen

• Communication skills to coordinate with team and individuals served.
• Ability to adapt in a caregiving environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow care plans.

Aufgaben

• Develop individualized goals with the HCBS team and provide direct support.
• Provide hands-on care in home and community settings including daily living and transportation.
• Administer medications per the six rights and follow agency policies.
• Complete Iowa Code–compliant documentation in Setworks daily.
• Communicate concerns and updates through appropriate channels.
