Job summary

SLB seeks a Digital Drilling Engineer for leading deployment of DrillPlan, DrillOps and Drilling Data projects in the U.S. market. You will advise on technical requirements, perform value analyses, and guide customers through digital drilling change management to maximize tool value.

Entry-level position focusing on building expertise in MWD and directional drilling while coordinating with sales and engineering teams to ensure successful project deliverables.

Qualifications

• GPA 3.5 or higher.
• MS degree in engineering preferred.
• Majors: Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Advise on technical requirements and bid clarifications for sales and commercial work.
• Perform technical analysis and assess potential value of digital drilling solutions.
• Participate in customer workflow optimization discussions and requirements.
• Contribute to market segmentation and technology gap analysis.
• Capture leads for application of digital technology packages.
• Drive continuous improvement and cross-domain solutions.
• Lead DrillPlan and DrillOps deployment, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Hold performance reviews with customers.
