Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.
• Must understand and comply with Penske safety and maintenance policies.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.
• DOT/OSHA requirements and random checks apply for role; CDL holders may have additional screenings.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and ensuring a great experience as you fuel and wash vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections for tires, fluids and basic maintenance items.
• Help keep facilities clean and safe for customers and associates.
• Build skills through training to perform minor repairs (tires mounting/rotation, preventive maintenance).
• Complete other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
