Penske Truck Leasing in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer. You will greet customers, fuel and wash vehicles, and ensure readiness before they hit the road again.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• The ability to work well as part of a team.
• The ability and willingness to work outside.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.
• Must comply with Penske safety and maintenance policies (DOT/OSHA).
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.
• Must be able to pass background checks, drug screen, and DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and ensuring a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections (tires, fluids, basic maintenance).
• Maintaining clean, safe facilities for customers and associates.
• Build skills through training and coaching to perform minor repairs.
• Complete other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
