Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work outdoors.
• Basic computer skills.
• Follow Penske safety and maintenance policies, including DOT/OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and ensuring a great experience as you fuel and wash vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections (tires, fluids, etc).
• Keeping facilities clean and safe for customers and associates.
• Training and hands-on coaching to perform minor repairs (tires, rotations, maintenance).
• Complete other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
