Boss Shop in Wisconsin is hiring an Entry Level Shop Technician to perform basic mechanical repairs in a timely, professional manner within our busy diesel repair facility. You will complete training programs and participate in on-the-job coaching to grow into higher technical ranks.

Responsibilities include oil changes, lubrication, tire repair, electrical diagnostics, basic air system repairs, and maintaining shop cleanliness.

Qualifications

• DOT Medical Card required and able to obtain ASE/DOT certifications as needed.
• Successful completion of internal technician training programs.

Responsibilities

• Performs oil changes, lubrication, and filter replacement.
• Greases trucks and trailers; performs tire repair and related services.
• conducts CSA inspections and emergency road service calls.
• Basic electrical diagnosis and repairs (lighting/wiring).
• Basic air system repairs and battery testing/replacement.
• Maintains shop cleanliness and organizes work areas.
