Boss Shop is seeking an Entry Level Shop Technician to perform entry level mechanical repairs in a timely and professional manner. This role offers the opportunity to join a company that invests in your training and a clear path for growth.

Responsibilities include completing training programs, oil changes, tire service, CSA inspections, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized shop environment while delivering friendly, professional customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to be insured to drive company vehicles.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• ASE Certification or DOT Certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Performs entry level mechanical repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Completes training programs, evaluations, and e-learning within designated timeframes.
• Performs preventative maintenance services (oil changes, lubrication, filter replacement).
• Greases trucks and trailers; performs tire repair and related services.
• Conducts CSA inspections and emergency road service calls.
• Maintains shop cleanliness and organization; ensures tools and vehicles are safe and functional.
