Job summary

All Roads is seeking an entry-level Heavy Equipment Technician in Avon to repair Vermeer machinery and components. The ideal candidate is in a tech role repairing heavy equipment with at least 2 years of experience.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 7 am–5 pm, with comprehensive paid training to achieve certifications and a robust benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401k and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate is in a tech role repairing heavy equipment with at least 2 years of experience.
• Ability to diagnose equipment malfunctions in hydraulics, electrical and hydrostatic systems.
• Welding experience is preferred for repairs.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and recondition Vermeer Equipment as directed by the branch service manager.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions; hydraulics, electrical & hydrostatic experience required.
• Recognize and suggest appropriate repairs to the service manager.
• Be an experienced welder.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of all repairs performed.
• Create estimates for repair costs.
• Communicate with the factory for technical assistance.

We are searching for an Entry Level Heavy Equipment Technician to repair Vermeer machinery and components. Ideal candidate is currently in a Tech role repairing heavy equipment with at least 2 years of experience.

Compensation & Schedule

• $18 -24 hourly
• Monday - Friday, shop hours 7 am - 5 pm
