Job Opportunity: Diesel & Trailer Technician Trainee

Cox Automotive Mobility Fleet Services (CAMFS) is seeking motivated individuals to join our paid educational program, leading to a career as a full-time Diesel & Trailer Technician. Our company, headquartered in Indianapolis, is one of the largest fleet maintenance providers nationwide, offering on-site mobile maintenance, repair services, and access to numerous service centers.

This program is designed for those interested in vehicle maintenance who may not afford traditional technical schooling. We cover your training expenses, provide tools, and pay you during your study period. Upon completion, you'll receive hands-on training and a full-time position as a Mobile Diesel Mechanic.

Program Details:

• 4 weeks paid classroom training, with all travel expenses covered.
• Free technical education and tools.
• Further hands-on training and a full-time job as a Mobile Diesel Technician.
• Operate state-of-the-art vehicles performing preventative maintenance and repairs onsite at customer locations.
• Competitive pay starting at $13.08/hr + $250/week stipend, increasing after training.

Candidate Requirements:

• Desire to start a career as a Diesel & Trailer Technician.
• Willingness to study hard and dedicate four weeks away from home.
• Technical aptitude, passion for vehicle repair, and ability to operate an iPad.
• Must be 21 or older to drive our trucks.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; background checks and drug testing required.
