Aspen Dental in Marquette, Michigan is looking for an Entry-Level Dental Assistant. No prior dental experience required; you will receive paid training through our partnership with the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA).

In this full-time role, you’ll assist during procedures, set up operatories, manage infection control, support charting, and collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Radiology and safety certification within state-required timeframe.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Support patient charting for Doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
