Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant to start with comprehensive training through the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA). No prior dental experience is required, and you will work with a team dedicated to patient care in your community.

Role includes assisting procedures, operatory setup, infection control, charting support, and general office tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Radiology and safety certification within the state’s required timeframe.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients of all ages.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control—prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Support patient charting for Doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
