Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant in Michigan. You’ll receive paid hands-on training through our DANB partnership and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant.

No prior dental experience is required. You’ll work with a supportive team, assist during procedures, and help with charting and infection control.

Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and offer flexible scheduling and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within the state timeframe.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Support patient charting for Doctors
• Perform various office tasks as necessary
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
