Job summary

Aspen Dental in Maine is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant with no prior experience. You’ll receive paid, hands‑on training through our DANB program and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) while supporting patients and the dental team.

This Full-Time role involves assisting procedures, operatory setup, infection control, charting, and general office tasks. We provide paid training, benefits, and flexible scheduling to support growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients of all ages.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Support patient charting for Doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
