Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant in Michigan, Marquette. No prior dental experience is required; you will receive paid training through our DANB partnership and a clear path to becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) while serving the community.

Salary ranges from $20–$24 per hour. The role is Full-Time with varied scheduling by location, offering growth and paid training to obtain radiology and safety certification through our DANB partnership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must obtain radiology certification within the state practice timeframe.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Supports patient charting for Doctors
• Perform various office tasks as necessary
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
