Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform electronic tracing to identify updated contact information.
• Update respondent records in tracing database with new data.
• Process returned mail and maintain records.
• Enter data using Excel, Access and VOXCO survey platforms.
• Maintain and update databases and tracking systems with high accuracy.
• Assist with documentation, schedules, and logs.
• Provide general administrative support to the unit.
• Complete assignments from the Sample and Data Operations Manager.
• Support special projects as assigned.
