Job summary

Remote Jobs is seeking a Part-Time Data Operations Associate (Day Shift) to support the Sample and Data Operations team. The role involves administrative and operational tasks to keep respondent records, materials, and cases accurate and ready for Field and CATI operations, including tracing, data entry, and documentation.

You will perform electronic searches to update contacts, update databases, process returned mail, and assist with special projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills; able to navigate databases and search engines.
• Ability to work up to 30 hours per week and possibly weekends.
• Reliable, detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct electronic searches to identify updated contact information for respondents and contacts.
• Update respondent records in tracing databases with new data.
• Track and process returned mail and update records accordingly.
• Perform data entry using Excel, Access, and VOXCO.
• Maintain and update databases and tracking systems with accuracy.
• Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects.
