Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform electronic tracing to identify updated contact information.
• Update respondent records and tracking databases with new data.
• Process returned mail and maintain data records with high accuracy.
• Enter data using Excel, Access and VOXCO or similar survey platforms.
• Maintain process documentation and tracking logs for the unit.
