Responsibilities include handling inquiries, resolving requests, documenting interactions, and guiding customers through self-service options while collaborating with technical and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing support role or call center environment.
• Ability to document interactions clearly and communicate effectively across channels.
• Experience using CRM or ticketing systems is preferred.
