Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience is required.
• Flooring industry knowledge is a plus.
• RFMS systems experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls.
• Responds to caller’s general information requests and inquiries.
• Takes accurate customer orders and follows through necessary process.
• Enter floor plans, pricing, and other customer information for new and existing accounts.
• Provide timely response to requests for information including returning all calls quickly.
• Exceed internal and external customer expectations for quality and service.
• Assist with projects on template updates.
