Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver friendly, accurate service on the sales floor. You will help customers find products, maintain stock, and process transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Full-time and part-time positions are available. Candidates should be 18+, have basic math skills, and prior customer service experience. Forklift certs and drug testing may be required where permitted by law.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Forklift certifications may be required for some positions.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products and excite customers about their purchase.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain in-stock condition of assigned areas; keep it clean, shoppable and safe.
• Work with management and team members to achieve sales goals.
• Process customers at checkout using point of sale (POS) system.
• Process refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Follow cash, check and credit card procedures.
• Create price tags and merchandise signs; stock and display merchandise.
• Support store operations and assist in other areas as needed.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
