Job summary

Bayside Support Services LLC in Las Vegas, NV seeks an entry-level Customer Support Agent I to be the first line of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with empathy and accuracy.

You'll work on-site, support a fast-paced team, and participate in daily huddles while delivering high-quality service across channels. Prior Zendesk exposure is a plus; a degree is preferred but not required.

• Maintain detailed records of interactions in Zendesk CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
• Attend daily huddles and stay aligned with team goals.
