Job summary

CAPP, a leading supplier of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing parts and equipment, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support our sales team. This entry-level role offers comprehensive training and a path from entry to mid-level responsibilities within a family-owned business.

Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with benefits including health, vision, dental, HSA, 401(k) with match, life insurance, and PTO. No prior experience required beyond a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred (2 years).
• HVAC or related industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide product recommendations and answer customer queries with a smile.
• Assist customers in finding suitable solutions based on their needs.
• Process orders and ensure fulfillment from start to finish.
• Handle refunds, exchanges, and returns efficiently.
• Support sales operations with additional tasks as needed.
